About Me:
I am an artist who has completed his Bachelor degree in Art Studies. I enjoy creating art in a very cartoony and simple way, much like many mascots of the past. My approach on creating images is to have fun with them and allow mistakes to help me learn as I go. One mess up could mean another good creation, just for a different project. While my project for art may change, my style of simple and sweet does not. What I would like people to take from my art is that I put a great amount of time and effort into creating it, though because of its style, it may not seem it.
One of my biggest inspirations is Bill Watterson, creator of Calvin and Hobbs. The amount of detail he puts in his somewhat simply drawn characters is very commendable, and he gives enough detail where it adds to the character, but does not distract the audience. To me, art is a gateway to my creativity and allows for my usually meek self to come alive with creation and inspire others to build their work up.
